I don't know if this will help you, but you can now access the last entry on the microfilm list for Santa Sofia (the one with just a camera icon to the right) from your home computer. You just need to sign into the familysearch.org website with a username and password.

Both my Italian grandparents came from Napoli/Salerno. Ancestry DNA test showed Italian results. My test with MyHeritage did not show Italian, but Greek/Mideast ancestry. At first I thought MyHeritage was just inaccurate, but maybe Napoli residents have Greek roots!
