On Clemente's death record, his birth town is listed as S Egidio a Mare. I figured this to be Sant'Egidio all Vibrata, Teramo as he passed in Colonnella. Here are a couple of items I found of Dante Tessieri and his father Serafino.
Both have a stamp with 93. I wonder if that indicates the year.
I have also come across a bit more information.
