Hi--I'm trying to help a relative translate this Latin baptismal record (see attached image). It seems to have been signed/written in 1931 but is referencing a baptism that happened in 1909. OR it is saying that the person was born in 1909 but not baptised til 1931, OR that the baby referred to here ...
