Re: Fried Dough Translation
I grew up with Pizza Fritte too. My son just told me today that he is looking forward to having them on Thanksgiving. We fry them up and then either salt them or put powdered sugar on them. My grandfather used to put gravy on them and eat them with his spaghetti.

Re: Adoption and Re-adoption
I certainly don't want any issues going forward. We plan on retiring in Italy and my daughter will move with us. We are older parents and retirement is only a few years away. I called the court and the lady that handles all adoptions will call me back today to let me know what I need to obtain. Do ...

Re: Appointment tomorrow in Miami - will give updates
When you say they don't care about the female side do you mean they don't care if the grandmothers' birth certificates has an apostille or that you didn't have it at all? Did those documents still needed to be translated?

Re: Establishing Residency and Applying in Italy
Can you establish residency in NY? Rent an apartment within the district, change your drivers license and mailing address (Get a UPS box, it comes with a real street address) and then apply at the NY consulate. That has to be a LOT easier and less expensive than going to Italy.
