I've read many posts about dual citizenship, and I'm still confused.

My ggf was born in Italy (1884). He migrated from Sicily to the US in 1908, but didn't naturalize in the US until 1924. In 1914, he bore my gf in the US (both ggf and ggm were Italian citizens living in the US when my gf was born ...

Yes, I see a few records for Rosario Guarino and Orazia Ciali. Their ages are a bit suspect as I have two records of births of children 2 years apart, but Rosario's age is given as 43 in one record and 27 in the other record (both records list Orazia Ciali as wife).
