yes, it's in Latin, it's a certification (transciption) of the original record, issued in 1829.
The original record states that on Jan 1st, 1807, the priest Giuseppe Galbo baptized a baby born on the same day of Giuseppe and Grazia La Marca, who was given name Salvatore Cosma. Godparents were ...

Here also is the death act of Venera's mother, Serafina di Geraci, in 1830.
#216 - left side of image.
She was age 58, and her husband Sebastiano is still living.
Her parents were deceased Maestro Calogero di Geraci, a sign-maker; and deceased Palma Librizzi.
