LaRosa Family in Palermo

Post by updijp2 »

I am looking for a good source of Italian, specifically Sicilian, records. I am trying to find information on my great grandfather John (possibly Giovanni) LaRosa who lived in Palermo and immigrated to the U.S. in 1912. Any info or help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

What kind of records are you referring to? There are several records available depending on what you are looking for.

We will try to help if we can.

Is this a duplicate inquiry? If so perhaps you can delete one so that we can establish continuity. =Peter=

right Peter!
In any case:
Giovanni LA ROSA was the son of Vincenzo and of Caterina DI TERESI; married at Rosalia PELLEGRINI the 5 may 1885...( Rosalia was the daughter of Giuseppe and Rosa CUCCIA)..
best regards, suanj
