Im looking for information on the surname:
Cardello
My great-grandfather, Enrico Cardello immigrated to America from Italy. I believe he was from Naples (not sure).
When coming over, they asked him his last name. He didnt know how to spell it right so it could either be recorded as Cardello or Cardillo
My grandfather, Henry Cardello, I am sure came from Naples as well as my mother, Carleen Cardello (cardello is her maiden name) was born in Naples.
I am looking for as much information as possible about this and would be willing to compensate. Please help me
Thank you,
Josh
