Campagni, Tino (probably Valentino) is from Rocca Moula (sic?) in Modena, He was/is a captain of an oil tanker. He would be about 65 years old. He was a friend of my mother in law but they lost touch over the years and I am secretly trying to find him again in order to write a letter to him with her contact details. I have a web friendly picture of him from 20 years ago if anyone thinks they may know of him or his relatives and would like confirmation that it is him.

There are no towns know as Rocca moula. There are 18 persons in the entire region of Emilia Romagna surnamed Campagni but no Valentino. If you go to www.paginebianche.it and put in campagni in the first line and Emilia Romagna in the third line and click CERCA all 18 surnames will show up by full name,address and telephopne number.
