-An Guido family(Domenico and Costantino) are emigrated in Brasil in 1895 coming from Arquata Scrivia town(Alessandria province-Piemonte region)..
-and are 6 Guidi persons emigrated in Brasil:Guidi Antonio from Comacchio in 1892;Guidi Clemente from..? in 1893; Guidi Geltrude coming from san Giovanni in Persiceto in 1889; Guidi Giuseppina from Comacchio in 1892; Guidi Gustavo ditto Comacchio in 1892;Guidi Mariano ditto Comacchio in 1892.

Hi: this info not are perfectly exact. Exact name are: Iacopo(first name) GUIDI (surname) coming from Volterra(Tuscany region), in year 1561/1568 bishop of Penne town(Abruzzo region) and not Penua;present in Concilio of Trento(Trento capital of Trentino Alto Adige region).sssilva wrote:Thanks for yours informations.

L'archivio comprende documenti relativi alla famiglia Guidi di Volterra e ad alcune con essa imparentate (Quaratesi, Gabrielli, Maffei, Minucci e altre). Questi documenti sono di varia natura: da quelli riguardanti l'amministrazione patrimoniale domestica a quelli che si riferiscono alla vita politica di Volterra, dalle memorie ai carteggi di membri della famiglia Guidi. In particolare si ricordano le relazioni dal concilio di Trento di Iacopo Guidi, le istruzioni e lettere granducali di Camillo Guidi (1636-1711), le carte di Francesco Silvatico, arcivescovo di Pisa dal 1734, gli atti di Francesco, segretario e ambasciatore granducale, carteggi di Violante di Baviera (che aveva come segretario Iacopo Guidi), gli atti di Giovanni Silvatico, sottoprefetto di Volterra in età napoleonica.
Dell'archivio fa parte una serie diplomatica relativa soprattutto ai feudi della famiglia nel Casentino.

2,215 gross tons, length 305ft x beam 37.6ft (92.96m x 11.46m), clipper bows, one funnel, three masts, iron hull, single screw, speed 10 knots, accommodation for 120-1st and 400-3rd class passengers. Built by Caird & Co, Greenock, she was launched for the Cunard Line on 26th Aug.1854 as the ETNA. Used firstly as a Crimea War transport. On 5th Feb.1856 she sailed from Havre to New York, then from Liverpool to New York and also used on the New York - Chagres route. In 1857 she sailed for the European & Australian R.M.S.P.Co on the Southampton - Malta - Alexandria route and in 1860 was sold to the Inman Line. 1871 rebuilt to 2,655 gross tons and lengthened to 349ft (106.38m) and re-engined to give a speed of 12 knots, she was then renamed CITY OF BRISTOL and used on the Liverpool - New York service. 1881 sold to Spain renamed MEXICO, 1882 sold to Italy renamed MESSICO, 1883 renamed SEMPIONE, 1884 sold to Societa Rocco Piaggio & Figli, Genoa and renamed ADRIA. 1st June 1884 first voyage Genoa - Montevideo - Buenos Aires.
