Searching surnames of Iocolano-Yemma, Roderico, Quaiotti, Beltrame. These are the names of my great grandparents. Can anyone give me advice on where to begin my search for any possible relatives?

All such records and family are in the town of origin and depending on the extent of what you want to research there are several choices to be made for the conduct of your research. Do you expect to delve very deeply into your family datingg back to whatever records are avilable., Normally civil records date back to 1809 in the southern part of Italy and it is spotty if they come from the north depending on what town they came from.
