When you are doing a search for Li Causi, try it as Licausi. I have relatives that are La Croce and always find them as Lacroce (which means the Cross).

I also found several Licausi most of them resided in New York in the 1920 Census. If you give some more information such as Given Names, dates, where they settled, it will be a big help with trying to find some information for you.
