very old documents! any help is appreciated

Hi everyone,

I've come across two documents in my family which need to be translated. One is on lettered paper, and one is an official document. I have both the front and the back of the letter. The front side of the letter appears to be from Guiseppe's mother, and the back is unknown. And the official document is from an orphanage, I'm assuming.

The document is a civil registration (record) of the birth of Giuseppe Glicini...

On 3 November 1893 at 9:10 Am at the town hall appeared Margherita Masetti(sp?), age 40, a peasant farmer residing in Ballone, to declare that at 10:00 PM on the 2nd of the current month at a house in this town, to a woman who has not consented to be named and to an unknown father, was born a male child who was given the name Giuseppe and the last name Glicini.
Witnesses to this act (the recording of the birth) were Cirillo Buja, 43, a Brigadier; and Augusto Mori, 36, a Sentry.
Looks like the child was then "consigned" to the "Ospizi Civile" (orphange) with a copy of the record.

On November 6, 1893, was given into the care of Domenica Giudentti (and Domenico Pugolatti?) of Tizzano Val Palma (a town adjacent to Corniglio) the orphan ("l'esposto") Giuseppe Glicini, born in Ballone di Corniglio (Ballone is a small village of Corniglio) on November 2, 1893.

So, Maria wrote the letter? Could Antolini be her surname? Or is that unlikely?

Or maybe I should ask - in Italian, if one signs "Regards to, Antolini" what would this mean? Is this Maria's valediction? Sorry, I am very confused!

It reads "Saluti da me..."
Which translates as "Greetings FROM me..." -
Not, as I stated too quickly, Greetings/Regards TO..."

There is no comma in the sentence "Saluti da me Antolini Maria" = "Greetings from me Maria Antolini". Antolini is definitely the surname of Maria.

What is the number 36998 on this image? How is it used in context?

Or what is it referring to? Does anyone know? It says No Mo 36998, but i'm not sure what this means.
