Antonio Caruso around Hudson, NJ Help!

My great great grandparents are Salvatore Militello and Theresa Militello (nee Arabia). Both of them are buried in St. Mary's of Assumption Cemetery in Staten Island. Next to them is Antonio Caruso. I've never seen this name in my family tree, so I called the cemetery to get more details. They told me Theresa arranged the burial, but that's the only information they had. I literally have zero clue who this person is and I've talked to numerous people.
