Hi all! Great to be back here with an Italian question! Working on my Italian branches is almost as fun as eating the food, unless it is gnocchi, then the gnocchi win every time!
My daughter just met with a newly found set of cousins in my wife's D'AQUILA family. Wonderful that they come one from a great Aunt and one from a great Uncle. LOVE IT!
Now I have names that I did not have!
So my question is where do I best find (when I do not speak Italian) marriage and birth records or assistance for Vinchiaturo?
I am seeking the marriage of Michelangelo Spensieri and Filomina D'Aquila (1892-1981), daughter of Michele and Carolina. It would have been in the time frame of around 1912 if she was 20 when married.
They then had children: Rosa, Carmina, Carmela, and Domenico.
I know this is scant little to go on, that is why I am seeking suggestions!

Write a letter to the town (there are form letters on line) enclose some photo ID and show how you are related.
