Any ideas on how to order these myself? I have a few Italian friends that can translate but I do not know where to get them from.
Thanks!

Re: Alia, Palermo, Sicily birth and marriage records
Thank-you both very much!
I have been to the local Family History centers 3 times in the past few days and no one was there! I have left messages. Will keep trying. I did find the correct films from their site.
I was actually at the Family History place in Utah a few weeks ago, but did not have nearly the info I do now. I was given an amazing "cheat sheet" by the Elder who helped me. It has a lot of words that are common and letter translation from the 1600's forward. Very good stuff! I have it in my other home in Florida and am going back there soon. I will post it when I get it.
I do need certified copies as I am trying to get Italian citizenship.
Again, many thanks!
Cathy
