Hello, i'm trying to translate the following ...
"Surge robusto il cerro"
This is on my family tree and i'm trying to work out what it means. We think its roughly about a "great oak" as the crest is a tree.
We also may think its in latin, i've tried translating on altavista and google but with no luck.
Any help will do, thanks in advanced.

means "sturdy, it rises the Turkey oak" an litterary phrase that means, as the turkey oak it rises, also the family it rises... probable the Turkey oak (cerro) was the family symbol..
