Garibaldi's Navy

Newbie, my name is Yvonne, and I am trying to find out what these words might mean Loumak-Psarro 1858. Can you help? Did garibaldi have a battle near there? My great grandfather had this as a tattoo, and it is said he was in garibaldi's navy, with his fathe,a shipowner and captain. Name uncertain, maybe Andrus Moro, b 1839, Malta .
