Hi Jerry!

This is quite the fuzzy image to read...
The time is 10 PM, yesterday... but I can't read the day of the record...
It looks like "ventuno" which would be the 21st, but I can't say for certain.
The age is in months, but it looks like "nove" which would be nine... and yet, if the child was born in May, his age would be 5-6 months. Of course, these records do not give PRECISE ages
