I am seeking any information on the Zavarise surname. The name is very prominent in the northern parts of Italy especially the provence of Treviso.Any information would be much appreciated. I also would like to make contact with any Zavarise's in the world.

on the surname itself or the family with that surname?? please specify since one is genelaogy and the other is research into the history of the surname. Peter

this surname is very ancient and are traces of Zavarise family in 1222 year in Tarmassia (Verona) http://www.tarmassia.it/archivio/?menu= ... id=1972360

Peter Timber, Nice to speak with you again. I spoke with you via email many years ago. I am searching as I was then on both the history of the surname and the family name itself. I am trying also to contact other Zavarises around the world.
