The first document is the death act registered Feb 6 1922 in the town hall.
Francesco Gallotta died in the provincial mental house on Feb 5. He was 65 years old, born in Cannobio (Novara), residing in Angera (Como), son of Sebastiano and Maria Lana, both deceased, and husband of Annetta Reschigna.
The second page is the cover page of the attachment to the the above death act, the attachment is found at http://search.ancestry.it/Browse/view.a ... o+Gallotti and is the declaration made by the mental house to the Ufficio di Stato civile. From this document you learn that he entered the mental house on October 28 1921 and that his birth date is May 15 1856.

Thanks so much...Something was telling me it wasn't the right gallotta (gallotti)I Just started this so i am still not sure about reading them right ...i guess that takes time.
