The link below is for the death record of my 5th great grandfather, Giuseppe Zappone. From what I can gather, he died on 21 June 1816. He was the son of Pietro and Giovanna Stavola (?). I'm far from fluent in Italian, but can generally pick out the important parts of a document (names, dates, relationships, etc.). This one has me stumped. What is the information after where it indicates he's the husband of Maria Notartmaso (?). The format on this record seems different from what I've seen before.
Any thoughts would be most appreciated. Thanks!

He left 4 kids, the last one 2 years old named Pasquale.
Giuseppe died when he was 47 years old, he was farmer living in Riccia.
