Looking for help, CASORSO from Trieste?

This isn't for me personally, but my fiance's family is from Trieste(sp) and I can't seem to find any info on it. From what light searching I've been able to do the name may actually be with a Z, but I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated :)

Hi probable exact spelling is Casarsa (why Casorso not exist and also Casorzo or Cazorso not exist); this are Casarsa people living in Trieste http://www.paginebianche.it/pb/cerca?bt ... te&x=0&y=0
