"Family Group Record" Template

Just wondering if anyone has a really good "Family Group Record" template that they use or one that they can suggest. Thank you.

Thanks Tessa. Yes I have seen that one and I like the layout of it except I don't think that I would use the two right hand columns. I think they might be specific to LDS Church family history? If there is nothing better I guess I'll just play round with that one and draft up my own template. (It will probably take me forever though!) Any other suggestions or links would be greatly received.

Thank you for these extra links Tessa. They are good. I’ll probably go with the one from Mid-Continent Public Library/Midwest Genealogy Centre. It’s clear, user friendly, flexible, info can be entered saved and printed out etc. (I couldn’t actually edit the other formats? Maybe they are just for printing out and then writing on?) Anyways, I’m certainly looking forward to having things better organized and looking neater and clearer. Thanks again. Angela
