In the presence of Sig. Raffaele di Dominici of deceased Vincenzo, age 35; and Raffaele Mezzacaso of Antionio, age 25; both landowners residing in this town to give witness.
Appearing before the official was
Giovanni Antonio Filomeno Botte, age 32, single, sculptor born and residing in Padula; son of married couple - Michele Botte, now deceased, a peasant farmer, and Irene Sisto, living, a peasant farmer residing in Padula.
AND
Maria Crestina Dede, age 32, single, landowner, born and residing in Padula; daughter of married couple Antonio Dede, carpenter; and Maria Michela Santomauro, peasant farmer; both residing here.
With the intention of being united in marriage.
Banns were published on Sunday, 21 December, last year; and the following Sunday, 28 December last year; and the last for three days... with no impediments to the marriage.
The official asked each if they took the other, and according to the law, united them in marriage.
