Looking for the spouse's full name. coniuge (spouse) Something Iachetta And also what the other words in that line mean.

It looks to read "conigue di Iach?etta dico Iachetta Petranella"
The spouse's name is Petranella Iachetta and it appears that the clerk was correcting an error in writing the surname...

I'd say name might be Petronilla... :)
