11 JUly 1868, in front of the Mayor of Rapone appeared Vitonicola Ciampi, aged 30, farmer, son of Domenico, to show him, a baby-male born the 9th of July, at home in Strada Santasofia, to his wife Margherita Pinto, aged 30, farmer, daughter of the deceased Donato. Vitonicola also declares that he wants to name the baby Donato.
The side notation is a transcription of the square piece of sheet and states that on May 11, 1893 Donato, son of Vitonicola and Margherita Pinto, married Maria Teresa Pinto, daughter of Pietro and Maria De Paola
