Can someone help?
These are the notes attached to a death notice. I know it's family and would like to know what the notes are saying.

Grazie to anyone who can help!
Roberta

The notes are related to the book-register itself.
The first one states that the book was closed (completed) by the Civil State officer. The second one states that the above was double checked by the tribunal.
