translation help- need clarification

hand written translation of birth record for Caterina Milici, Image #148 number 57-- born 12 March 1906, I think it states something about a marriage to Baroli(?) Carmelo 31 Oct 1928 in Novara record Number 67, Messina 3-jul-1931 ????? not sure what the second date is about. any help will be greatly appreciated.

Record is dated 12 March, but she was born on the 9th
You are correct about the marriage notation.
The last date is the date the notation was made by the official (with his signature)
