Here is a link to the death certificate for Peter Guarino, the oldest child of Salvatore Guarino. He died of tuberculosis in a sanatorium in Penn in 1925. His mother was Concetta Lo Verde, although originally someone wrote "Maria" and then this was crossed out. Apparently the person who reported the death was thinking that his mother was Salvatore's 2nd wife. Note that Salvatore probably named his daughter Concetta after his 1st wife. Unfortunately Peter's death cert doesn't indicate in which town he was born, so we can't see where Salvatore and Concetta married. So in all probability that marriage record in Brooklyn in 1906 that Marty found is for your great-grandparents. If you order it from the NYC Municipal Archives you can find out the names of your GGM's parents.

In the US, they lived in Brooklyn, Kings, NY. It is possible that Maria could be from Palermo or Sant' Anna. Her last name could have been changed from DiSimon to DeSimone upon arrival in the US. It is my understanding that Pietro was not Maria's son. He was from another Mother. He died in 1925 in the US. I am really hoping to get information about her, when she came to the states, did she marry Salvatore here, how old was she at marriage and of course the names of her parents.

From the info we've found so far, we can see that Pietro was not Maria's son, but rather Concetta Lo Verde's. He died in 1925 in Pennsylania, as I said. It seems that Maria married Salvatore in Oct 1906 in Brooklyn. If you order that marriage record (Marty even gave you the certificate number) you can find her parents' names and her age. However, you already have her date of birth from Salvatore's petition for naturalization that Marty linked above. Her surname would not have been "DiSimon" in Italy but rather "Di Simone" or "De Simone." The marriage record probably won't tell you when she came to the US, though, or from where.

I put a request through NYC Municipal Archives for a copy of the marriage certificate with the number you provided. Could take 4-6 weeks. Hopefully it will have the information I am looking for
