possibly the 23rd of the month of ? 1853??
this appears to be a record for a foundling who was discovered at the wheel in Santo Mercurio. It seems the child was consigned to a wet nurse and the record states the info was recorded in the registers on page 30. It is signed by the mayor but I can't decipher anything else. The child's name is left blank and the baptism section and page 2 of the record are also blank.
It is a useless record, as far as I can tell.

Since I can't decipher the handwritten info after the printed section "dello stato civile del comune di," I can't give you a reason. Whatever is handwritten there is not info which normally would be written in this section of a document and, without being able to read it, I can't give you an answer.
