Menfi, Sicily, Triolo Family

I was not sure where to post this question, so am hoping this is the most appropriate spot. I have been doing family research for several years, and know that my husband's family is from Menfi. We will be traveling there in May/June and will be spending several weeks in the immediate area. I know that the church that his family worshipped at many years ago was was the church of Sant’Antonio da Padova...

When we visit I am hoping to find relatives who still may be in the area. We'd like to take them to a meal and introduce ourselves if they may be interested in meeting relatives... I have records dating back to the mid1700's, but am not sure how to go "forward" in time and try to locate those who may still be there.

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

There's only 1 person listed in the current Italian white pages with the surname in Menfi, but that is a listing of only those who have landlines.

You're very welcome, Caterina. I also have ancestry from Menfi and have a few Triolo in my database but not the ones in the record you posted for translation. I'm sorry, but I don't have any contacts there to help you. I hope you have luck making the phone call. I'm sure there are others still in the town with the surname, even though they are not listed in the phonebook. I'll be anxious to hear about your trip there when you get back, and to see any photos, if you are willing to share. BTW, I corrected the spelling of the surname in the marriage record you posted for translation to Friscia.
