Seeking as much detail as I can on Antonio and his family. His father is believed to have been Vincenzo b abt 1856 married to Michelina (surname unknown).
Antonio married Livia Russomando/Russomanno 1906 in New Jersey, USA.
A good deal of information has been obtained on the Russomando/Russomanno connection but not so on the "Mascia's".
Any assistance would be much appreciated.

Antonio Mascia b abt 1882, Saviano, Caserta,
Re: Antonio Mascia b abt 1882, Saviano, Caserta,
Just to clarify...
According to the 1910 Census - Antonio was born about 1878
AND, according to his WWI Alien Registration Card, his birthdate was 20 January 1878.
On both of these records Antonio's occupation is listed as pharmacist, and he resides in New Jersey with wife Livia.
Is this your Antonio?

Re: Antonio Mascia b abt 1882, Saviano, Caserta,
Thanks Tessa. Looks right to me. Were his parents mentioned on his War records? I have them as Vincenzo b abt 1856 and Michelina (no surname mentioned).
I would love to learn more if possible.
Cheers, Max

The WWI Registration is not a war record, but rather an enumeration of aliens in US.

Have you ever located his arrival manifest?
How did you identify is place of birth as Saviano?

Re: Antonio Mascia b abt 1882, Saviano, Caserta,
Many thanks Tessa. Will check further on the arrival manifest. In respect of your query re place of birth I am now unsure but have since revised this to Nola. Not too far from Saviano I believe.
Getting quite confusing with names being very similar.
