Vita ???? need help Birth record 1846

From what I can tell it says Jan 6 1846? I see Teresa Marino age 27 then Maria or Mario ???? age 38 then Vita last name need help, Why is it different then the others?

Vita's surname is Riscica (it also appears on the cover page of the allegati). Mother was Teresa Marino (age 28). Father was Giavan Maria (Riscica does not appear in the record after his name, but is understood). Vita was presented by a levatrice, or midwife, which is why there is a different name where the father's name would normally appear. The father was age 38 and a farmer. The date of birth was Jan 6, 1846.

I should add that it appears that the father was deceased by the time of her marriage, as I see the word morto after his name in the handwritten record which comes next in the allegati package.
