It is marriage info. Date is 14 Jun 1903. Bride is Saveria. Her surname would appear to be missing an "s" if it supposed to be Russo. I can see other possibilities.

Yes, you are absolutely correct that there is a mariage date there. It could be Ruso, but like Carubia has mentioned it would probably be spelt with another s - although I have seen it spelt with one s - but maybe not in Palermo. The other possibility would be Buso.
