Pasqua death from 1717

I'm hoping someone can tell me the last name from this death certificate. Pasqua was married to Nicolo DiMatteo and she was about 54 when died. That's all I can read. Are her parents listed or her maiden name there?

I underlined her name in red. It's from Dec 11 1717
