Giuseppe Famiglietti, 30, and Guiseppe Cocchiola, 63, both contadini living Frigento reported that at 6.20 am today at a house in Contrada Valle di Conti, No 10, Maria Rosaria Cocchiola died. She was a five year old, contadina, born and residing Frigento, daughter of Marciano, contadino and Filomena Cocchiola, both living Frigento. She was nubile (unmarried).

Witnesses: Nicolangelo Abbondandolo, 38, and Filippo di Leo, 68, both contadini , living in this town.

Happy to help Dolores. There definitely were inter-marriages in my Italian towns, first cousins marrying first cousins, and even in my family as late as the 1960's. Yes, it certainly happened. Do you know how Marciano and Filomena were related?
