I'm also having trouble reading the record. I'm not sure about the day, but it could be the 15th, month is Jan. 1573. I don't see the groom's parents listed in the record. The bride Maria was the daughter of Antonino Mariolo and maybe Caterina. They were of Carini.

I now think the day on the record is the 18th and not the 15th. Look at the middle symbol for the number 8 in the link below.
