List of people leaving Italy circa 1880

Hello

Is there a source for the names of people who left Italy around 1881 ? My great grandfather and his brother left Sant'Elia Fiumerapido in then but I don't know if they intended to land on the West coast of Scotland or if they were bound for New York ?

The names of the 2 brothers were Antonio La Marra and Nicola La Marra. They arrived in Scotland around 1881 initially. Antonio lost his first 2 wives and so made the trip on 3 occasions. Antonio was born in Sant'Elia on 19 February 1855 whilst Nicola was born in Sant'Elia on 28 October 1861.

I have searched for ANY ship records for either Antonio or Nicola and have found none.

If you're looking in Scotland, and have a good idea of name, dates and locations, checkout ScotlandsPeople.gov.uk. They have indexed records for both Scottish civil records and the Old Parish Records (OPR) used prior to 1854. (Note: OPR refers to Church of Scotland - the Presbyterian Church.)

I am a great grandaughter of Angelina Lamarra. She married Donald Munro Bennie. i've always heard of the icecream parlour she ran in Linlithgow
Her son Andrew Lamarra Bennie had two sons, Antonio Lamarra Bennie (1946) and Donald Munro Bennie. They all moved from Scotland to Vancouver, Canada.
Antonio Lamarra Bennie was my father and I am Chelsea Lamarra Bennie, born 1983 in Vancouver, Canada.
I have 3 children one of which is Penny Lamarra Franey now. Wanted to keep the Lamarra alive. If we are related through Angelina or anyone please reach out and message me !

Hi Nicola Lamarra was my great grans grandfather, her mum was Maria Rosa lamarra daughter of Nicola and petronilla spicola, Nicolas brother was Antonio lamarra, my name is Hayley black from Glasgow but I believe we are related yes, my great gran Dolores lamarra was adopted out in Scotland she was the niece of Antonio and Lotizia (spelling might be wrong)
