Wow that is amazing I am going to have to go back to Family Search for some of this.
I have since found in Ancestry the Census prior to her marriage and yes her name did seem different with out the S it is not uncommon to see names being different by a character. Plus I found where she was married but the child was 9mos old and it appears Ralph's brother Raymond was living with Angeline and her parents...thought that strange too.

I think you mean the 1940 Census, so Joseph would have been born in 1939 or 1940.
Are you sure Ralph had a brother Raymond?
I guess you know more about the family, but, by the documents I've seen till now, I'd think that Raymond was Angelina's husband, and Ralph might be his brother (or they might be the same person)...

One brother was called Rosario and one was Rosolino. Ralph owned a barber shop in chicago and Raymond was his brother and they were very close (Raymond was a little slow I hear). I have a document that says Rosolino was her husband. I believe in parenthesis it shows Ralph as the american name.
