If someone doesn't mind translating these two documents for me I would appreciate it. Also, does anyone know if the death certificates ever say the cause of death?

Jamie, for this marriage, what you are looking for are the Processetti, sometimes called Allegati. You can read about them here: https://familysearch.org/wiki/en/Italia ... _You_Think

They are basically the "packet of documents required of the bride and groom before a marriage could take place." - (attachments, supplements etc)

1830 Pianella Processetti: http://www.antenati.san.beniculturali.i ... 830/10716/

The Processetti for this marriage begin here with Giuseppe Palma's Baptism Extract. (Images 129 and 130):

Image 131 is the Birth Extract of the bride.

Image 132 is the Death Extract of Massimo Giancatarino – It is No 95 and he died in Chieti 14 April 1821. He was 46 yo, born in Pianella, contadino, living in the town of Chieti, the son of deceased Domenico and the deceased Domenica Spacca.

Image 133 is the Death Extract of Domenico Giancatarino – No 44 and he died Pianella 9 July 1814. He was born in Penne, aged 90, the widower of Domenica Spacca the son of deceased Giuseppe Giancatarino. He was a contadino, living in Pianella. His son Sabatino Giancatarino was one of the witnesses along with Vincenzo Marini.

Yes, it does. Sorry, Jamie, for some reason I thought you already had his Birth Record, but given he was baptised in 1806 you probably don't.

Baptised on 9 June 1806 in the church of San Leonardo, Pianella.

It gives the parents names, (Silvestro Palma and Maria Basilisco), which you already know, but not their ages. The info which has been extracted from the Baptism Register is in Latin, so if I've missed anything important I'm sure someone will pick up on it.

Edit to Add:
Here is the bride's original 1809 Birth Record at No 126. Not sure if you have it. Let us know if you need it translated.

Thank you for translating that for me. I just looked I have his grandson Guisippe Palmas great grandson's birth information. I keep mixing those two up. It looks like I already have his wife's information. Im so excited about the new information that you provided me with! I need to learn more about the San Leonardo Church in Pianella. It looks like I have several ancestors connected to it. Thanks again!
