Info extracted from the Book of Baptisms in the Cathedral of Penne:
3 January 1797
Tommaso, Antonio, Domenico, born of Ferdinando Fantacuzzi, and of Anna Zopita, (daughter) of Nicola Chiappini, (who were) married, was baptised by Don Domenico Chiavaroli, and held at the Sacred Font by Domenica di Croce, Godmother. He was born at 6 pm circa the same day.

Fourth Image (Paternal Grandfather's Death Entry in the Death Register):
Penne: 3 September 1789
Tommaso Fantacuzzi of the city of Penna, aged 52, died before he was administered all the sacraments because he was struck by a stroke (apopletico). After this I can't catch all the words because it has abbreviations but I think that is saying that his body was layed in the tomb in the church of …....... (“il suo Corpo pu' sepolcro? nella Chiesa de ….....)
Sorry, it's a little bit tricky for me, because of the abbreviations, and the church, and medical language. At least it takes you back a generation. It seems that he may have died of a cerebral hemorrhage. I'll have another look at this later. Sometimes when I go away and then come back I see things clearer.

Hopefully someone will translate the Latin records for you. I don't read Latin.

Re: Help Needed Translating Marriage Attachments
Hi, I was wondering if the document says how she passed away or is it to hard to read to determine if it says or not.
Thanks

The date is March 26th and not the 23rd. She was about age 25. The record indicates that she had received all of the Sacraments and was buried in the Parish Church (Santa Lucia). I don't see a cause of death in the record.

Thank you for the clarification. I was hoping it would say why she passed at such a young age. By any chance did it give parents names?erudita74 wrote:The date is March 26th and not the 23rd. Jaime
I apologize. The day was the 23rd. I think my eyes are tired and playing tricks on me. Parents' names are not given in the record. It just says she was of this land (Cepagatti) and the wife of Giuliano Gianvittorio.
