Help reading names on Donata Zenca's birth record

I could really use some help reading a few names on the attached record. Donata's parents are the last few people needed to complete a tree I hope to present to my family over the holidays.

Donata Angela Zenca is my 3rd great grandmother. I am trying to read her parent's names. Her father might be Salvatore because that name is given on her children's birth records. I cannot make out what her mother's name is. Attached are pictures I took from 16mm film. The birth record, a closer view of the record, and the index.

I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

I am reading... though very difficult to see clearly on these images -

Father: Liberatore Zenca
Mother: Lisa Russo

The town appears to be Bojano, Campobasso, Molise.

Thank you so much! Looks like FamilySearch has records from Bojano available online. I'll check there next.
