Help reading names on Donata Zenca's birth record

I could really use some help figuring out a few names on a birth record. Donata Angela Zenca is my 3rd great-grandmother born in Foiano di Val Fortore. I cannot read the names of her parents. Her father is possibly Salvatore because he is mentioned in the birth records of Donata's children. They both say "Donatangela Zenca fu Salvatore".

I am confident this is the correct birth record because her birth year is accurate and there are very few Zenca's in Foiano. I am hoping to confirm her father's name and somehow find out her mother's name. The images below are of the birth record and the index. Any help would be appreciated.
