Please help me translate the 1650s marriage of Epifanio and Margarita Renda

Marriage date: Sep 3rd, 1657 (?)
Epifanio, son of Gio(vanni) and Diana Renda, both deceased, from Monte, and
Margarita (Margherita), daughter of Fran(ces)co and Beneditta (Benedetta) Lo Spinnato. It is cut off, but I's say she was from Monte, too.
Both had not been married before.
The marriage took place in the chiurch of San Francesco.
Witnesses were Don Giuseppe, a priest, son of Geronimo and of the deceased Marta Cuppulino,
and ? son of Pietro and Filippa Ferraro, both deceased, from Monte.
