Does it mention what he died of in the hospital?

He was a shoemaker? Whats written after that?

Is Rosaria his wife?

It does not mention a cause of death.
He was a shoemaker, and the widower of Rosaria Crimauro(?)
He was the son of deceased Paolo [Gandolfo] and living Mattea Verde.
He died on 1 october 1878, at age 65.
