Question on death certificate

Question for you.

For the death of Giuseppe Romeo. I'm having problems reading anything after Giuseppe. Is that Geronima after that? If so I believe it's his wife but what is after that?

I don't even know the death date.

I have no idea.

1781 April 6
Giuseppe husband of Geronima Romeo aged 73 son of Antonino and Antonina Piraina(?)

Since his parents name is different does that most likely mean he was adopted?
