Need help to write to a family member

Hi

I have found a family member living in my ggrandfather's family home. He does not speak English and I would like to send him a message explaining who I am and asking which family member he is related to. Also if he can give me some information on my ggrandfather.

Your help with this would be greatly appreciated.
