Birth and Marriage Certificates

[apaladini]

I found my great-grandfather and great-grandmother birth and marriage records at familysearch.org. However, I need a certificate from the registry office at Pomigliano D'Arco.
I sent an email to the people found on the page http://trasparenza.comune.pomiglianodar ... _65_1.html, which are Gelsomina Romano, Malfettone Anna, Coppola Luigi and Bellanti Tiziana, but have not yet received an answer.

My questions are:
1. Am I writing to the correct people?
2. Is it common to take some days before they answer?
3. Will they sent me the certificates by post office? (my home address if on the email)

If anyone can help me, I'll be grateful.

Regards,

Alexandre Paladini
