Help with a birth certificate, please?

Hello, can someone help with a birth certificate? I have gotten good at finding them, just not too good at reading them. haha

It should be for Marco Summa, #666 of 1847, Avigliano, Potenza. Parents should be Domenico Summa and Vita Crescenzia Colangelo. Need Marco's birth date and any info about the parents.

Thanks, Marty. Actually, I probably do not need the Stato now - the family always said there were three brothers, so finding the long lost Pietrantonio was really what I was after.

It's interesting that his name does not appear again in the family tree - it essentially died with him. At least a few of his brother Marco's children were born in Avigliano and emmigrated as adults or near-adults, so it's not like they would have had no knowledge of Pietrantonio. He must not have left a good impression.

There are two vague stories that have survived, supposedly one of the brothers was killed for challenging the king, so it's possible that Pietrantonio was a causality of the Unification. The other was that Marco was cut up and put in a barrel, so who knows. But Marco's name repeats while Pietrantonio's does not, so make of that what you wish.

My goal at this point would be to request a Foglio di Famiglia (as I am hoping it will show the family nickname), and to locate any living relatives still in Avigliano.
